I refuse

I'm letting you all know that I refuse to call a seminar broadcast on the internet (or intranet, as the case may be) a "webinar". I just won't do it.

HA! YES! I hate it also. It makes me cringe to read it and especially to hear it aloud.

I retaliate by calling them web-sems, which no-one gets but is way less damaging to my (internally evaluated) street cred.
